Encompasses an initial assessment of existing assets and incorporates comprehensive planning as related to Budgeting, Retirement, Life & Health Insurance, College Education and Estate Planning, Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid Planning, Charitable Giving, Asset Protection Planning and Tax Planning.
Comprehensive Financial Planning fees are determined in advance of engagement in the planning process based on the scope and complexity of contents under review and the depth of inquiry at a rate of $325 per hour, up to, but not exceeding, $5,000. Upon acceptance of the engagement, half of the fee is due with the remaining balance due upon completion and review of the financial plan.
SIMA Wealth Partners Investment Management include, Asset Allocation Development, Risk Tolerance Evaluation, Investment Policy Statement Development, Investment and Research Evaluation/Selection, State-of-the-Art Reporting, Online Account Access and Year-End Tax Analysis.
Investment management fees are billed on a quarterly basis in advance based on the market value of assets according to the following schedule:
As an ancillary service available to high net worth Investment Advisory clients, SIMA provides Family Office Services that include Strategic Planning & Preparation of Personal Income Tax Return, Liquidity Maintenance & Management (between personal and investment accounts), Personal Accounting and Bill Payment Services, Review of Estate Planning Documents, Attendance at Required Meetings and Review of the Titling of Assets, and Bank Account Reconciliation.
The Family Office fee of 10 basis points is billed on a quarterly basis in advance based on the market value of assets.
